The sales tax charged depends on where your order is shipped. You will be able to view the sales tax included in your order before you confirm your order.
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 7 business days of receipt. For items that are not yet at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
Shipping charges vary depending on the weight of your order and the Zip Code to which you will be shipping your order.
Rich Art ships all orders via FedEx
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
If you have received items that you are not satisfied with or did not order please call our Customer Service Department at 1-201-767-0009 to initiate an exchange or credit. You can also e-mail us at email@example.com.
Requests must be made within 90 days of receipt of your order. Customer Service must authorize refunds and returns in advance. All products must be returned with original labels affixed. Only unused and unopened product may be returned.
All Refunds will exclude shipping and handling. If you return an item that is not a result of our error then the cost to return the item(s) will be your responsibility. If the item(s) being returned is a result of receiving an incorrect or damage item then Rich Art Color will issue you a return authorization number and refund you the cost of shipping the product back to us.
Refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
